Option 2: Add assistant@speakai.co to your Google or Microsoft Calendar events

All you have to do is add assistant@speakai.co to any calendar invite you are the host of and the Assistant will join your call.

This works for one-time calendar events and recurring events!

You will be able to see events that Speak will attend on your dedicated Meeting Assistant page.

Option 3: Instant Join Meeting Function

You can do that from the dashboard in Speak by selecting “Join Meeting” from the Quick Actions panel.

Once you click on “Join Meeting”, the pop-up below will appear:

All you have to do is add your Meeting title and the meeting URL from either Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex or any other supported meeting platform.
