It is finally here! No more one-shot prompting and having to restart over again. You can now chat with your data in Speak.

With chat, you can expand on responses, reformat answers for your needs and retain context for even more valuable interactions.

Additionally, if you have the Shareable Media Library Premium Add-On enabled in your account, you can share your data with others and they can instantly begin chatting with it!

In continuation of the work in custom fields on Speak, you can now manage your columns to get a valuable top-level view of your data without needing to open each file.

This is easily managed through a drag-and-drop interface where you populate the columns that matter to you. Once completed, Speak will store your preferences locally and you can continue to revisit the column structure you desire!

Moving forward, we will share improved versions of column management where you can save column sets and easily download the data for enriched information and even deeper analysis.

You can now access a "Run Magic Prompts in Speak" action with our Speak Zapier integration.

The new action helps you dynamically pass information to Speak, and leverage your existing data and assistant templates to generate high-quality responses in seconds with no code!

This addition is great because you can chain many actions together in the same workflow for seamless automation!

Speak can now handle files up to 10 hours long and 5 GB in size.

We have improved the media-sharing interface and included all the updated options that we have continued to add so you can curate your media perfectly.

Speak leverages "vector embeddings" and "retrieval augmented generation (RAG)" to surpass any data set size limitations that large language models currently have.
