Translate Files In One Simple Process 🗣️
Translation in Speak is now easier than ever! Instead of uploading and then visiting the file to translate it, you can now upload and translate your file in one step.
Audio, video, and PDF files are supported – we are also going to add text pasting options and voice dubbing.
You can access one-step translation by selecting “New Translation” from the quick action or visiting the “Translate” page.
As always, Speak will create a high-quality translated file in the folder you have selected.

Instantly Extract Insights With New Folder Workflow 🪄
When you create a new folder, you can now go through an optional curated workflow to help you automatically extract meaningful data from your files.
This workflow ties together fields, automations, and powerful AI to remove the effort, complexity, and time required to do your work.
You can also use the AI Field Generator to type what insights you are looking for. Speak will then intelligently create fields for you.
Once you complete this workflow, automations are created to run the analysis every time you upload a file to the folder.
You will then see the data populated in your selected fields from the folder level and when visiting individual files.
Customize Your Folder Views 📁
You can now create custom Views to personalize how you view your data at the folder level in Speak.
Simply select “Field Views” on the top right to create and edit Views for your data. If desired, you can make that View your default View.
Once you hit “Create View” you can see your data structured just the way you want it:
Before you create your first custom View, Speak has a simple system-view by default.
Speak will also automatically create Views for you when you use the new folder creation workflow detailed above. That way you can get an instant grasp of your data every time you visit the folder.
Generate Keywords With AI Magic 📈
Adding keywords to Speak for automatic extraction and visualization from your files used to be a time-consuming process.
But, with Speak’s new AI Keyword Generator, you can now create lists of meaningful keywords and key phrases to extract in just seconds.
Simply visit the Categories page on Speak, create or view the category you want to add keywords to and select “AI Generate”.
You can use a suggested prompt, write your own, select the number of keywords you want and then instantly generate the list.
Those will be added to your category and any file uploaded moving forward will have those keywords automatically extracted and visualized for quick and valuable insights into your data.
