Share Individual Files With AI Chat Enabled
- When sharing an individual file you can now turn on AI Chat
- Select “Share Media Player” and “Allow Chat to your library”
- You can choose an Assistant Template to improve answers
- Anyone who views the file can chat with the media
- This is great for meetings, interviews, focus groups and more
- Chat characters are deducted from your account
- You can view questions and responses in your chat history
- This is also available in Shareable Media Libraries!
View Folder Statistics To Summarize Your Data Sets
- You can now see folder statistics for every folder
- Simply select “Statistics” on the left folder sidebar
- Includes a media type breakdown with speakers
- Also includes date, file type and duration analysis
- This is a strong summary to understand your data sets
Instantly Analyze Fields & Structure Results
- Last month, we released a comparison fields breakdown
- You can view the comparison release using this link
- You can now analyze fields without comparing data
- You can also analyze comma-separated outputs
Improved Shareable Media Library Insights & UI
- Shareable Media Libraries are now redesigned
- They include recent improvements to Explore Insights
- There are separate reports for Keywords, Sentiment & Fields
- You can analyze Fields in the Library now
- Tables with times appeared and data set density are live
- Libraries compare changes in data over time
- You can also curate comparison filters for deep analysis
Instant Translation Now Available In Automations
- You can now instantly translate files using Automations
- Choose the action “Translation” and the target language
- When a file is uploaded it will immediately translate
- You can also run translation on a defined schedule
Sync Previous Recorder Responses To Fields
- Add previous recorder answers to fields instantly
- Visit your recorder’s “Questions” section
- Hit the “Pencil” icon to choose the desired field
- Then, hit the “Sync” icon left of the “Pencil”
- You can then confirm you want to sync all previous responses
- Data will populate the field for better filtering and analysis!
