Automatically Compare Data 📊
- You can now automatically compare data in Speak
- Speak has new visualizations including tables

Why Is This Important?
Since 2019, Speak AI has worked with great people like you to save time and money by getting insights from unstructured language data such as interviews, focus groups, meetings and surveys.
Over and over again, we found you were looking for more quantifiable insights that uncover the similarities and differences in data sets over time and when compared to each other.
This release is a breakthrough in that goal. We will continue working on these valuable analysis output options and reports so you can save even more time and money!
Reports Available:

Time Comparison
- Speak will use the time period to show changes compared to the previous period
- You will see the percentage increase or decrease during that time period
- For example, if you are recording meetings, you can notice a competitor that has emerged in conversations over the last month
Data Sets Comparison
- You can now also compare data sets
- For example, you can analyze interviews and compare interviewees from Canada versus the United States
- Speak will automatically render a double bar graph and tables comparing the data sets
- If you have created and populated fields, you can also analyze your field responses
Map Recorder Answers To Fields ⏺
- Speak’s embeddable recorder lets you capture audio and video from almost anywhere
- You can add custom questions to your recorder to better organize and manage people who submit recordings
- You can now map those questions to the fields you have created in Speak!
- You can create new fields on this page
- The answers in fields help you better export, organize and analyze your data (especially with the new Explore Insights!)
- One customer shared with us this has completely automated their workflow saving them hours each week
Personalized Prompt Suggestions 📚
- You can now create suggested prompts in Speak
- Simply visit your Account Preferences and create or edit your “Assistant Template”
- You can add suggested prompts that your team members or clients in the Shareable Media Library can interact with when using the AI chat functionality
- Once you have added the prompts, hit “Update” and you will begin to see them immediately
- You can re-order the prompts to appear in the order you desire
Multi-File Translation 📝
- You can now translate multiple files at once!
- Visit the folder where the files you want to translate are in
- Select the checkboxes for the files and hit “Translate” on the folder sidebar
- A modal will appear where you can select what language you want to translate each file into
- Once selected, you can confirm (if there is a cost it will be automatically calculated for you)
- Each file will be translated with a new text note that indicates the translation language
More Custom Vocabulary Languages
The custom vocabulary function helps you add keywords and phrases to automatically improve transcription accuracy.
As promised, we have added more languages for you!
