Mac App (Beta) 💻

We’re excited to launch the beta of our new Mac app! This release has all the core functions of Speak available.

Our next update will make it easy to:

• Record desktop audio and video (like YouTube and webinars)
• Improve screen shares and recordings
• Capture meetings without a meeting bot in your calls

Schedule Meeting With Links 🔗

You can now schedule meetings with just a link. Before, you could only do meetings if they were happening in the moment.

• Set times up to 7 days in advance
• Edit existing meetings inside Speak
• Cancel if a meeting is within 5 minutes of starting

This makes setup faster and more flexible for you and your team.

Big Voice Translation Update 🔊

• File size limit increased from 100 MB → 1 GB
• Duration extended from 45 minutes → 2.5 hours
• Cost reduced from $90/hour → $60/hour (33% less)

This unlocks longer interviews, full-length meetings, and extended recordings – making voice translation more practical and affordable for real-world use cases.

Analyze Data Overhaul 📊

Now you can view and filter files across your entire account in a new media list view within Analyze Data.

From this page you can:

• Bulk-manage files
• Chat with them
• Map results to fields
• Translate, view statistics, and export

Previously, you had to open folders one at a time – now it’s all available in one place, making analysis faster and more powerful.
