💬 Chat With Your Entire Library
You can now chat across all your files – not just one folder at a time.
You can also use the Advanced Filters to isolate files based on fields, media type and more for powerful analysis across data sets.
Just head to the Analyze Data section, apply your filters, and chat for a new level of insights in Speak.
👯Improved Speaker Identification
When you are using the Meeting Assistant, you will now see vastly improved accuracy of speaker labelling.
Before this update, speakers could be labelled out of order, leading to lower accuracy transcription, summaries and analysis, especially with many meeting attendees joining and speaking.
This update is now live – so try out a meeting and see your speakers labelled nicely!
🎬 Smoother Audio & Video Clipping
On top of picking entire sections, you can now clip individual words and sentences.
Simply highlight the segment you want, right click and select “Add to Clip”. Your segment count will update on the top as you add more.
You can also easily remove segments as you build out your compilation.
The order of your clips no longer matters – curate the most impactful moments from your media.
Once you are done, just select “Create Clip” and we will automatically generate your compilation in the “Clips” section!

Found a file you want to transcribe and analyze on your iOS device? Use the “Share” function and select Speak to instantly add it!

We’ve optimized how Speak interacts with your data to:
- Give you the best results
- Avoid hitting AI models limits
- Provide references when analyzing multiple files
- Keep costs low
Here’s how it works:
- For shorter single meetings, we include the full context to power rich, complete summaries
- For folders or entire libraries, we pinpoint the most relevant parts of the data and provide references back
This means faster answers, smarter analysis, and fewer errors.
