The Role

Speak AI Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Insides Sales Representative to join our small team focused on applying machine learning to content creation, analytics, and distribution.

You will be the first person to join a designated sales team and will be an instrumental part of the success of Speak Ai. You will contribute to shaping our product and sales process to make us a hyper-growth company.

Responsibilities:

Create leads through email and phone outreach, LinkedIn and personal networking

Create, import, and organize spreadsheets

Find information about valuable prospects, add their info to our CRM, and connect with them through multiple channels

Grow and maintain an organized database of current customers and prospects

Implement sales processes into your personal and our company workflow

Do live webinars and demos for individuals and groups to generate leads and sales

Send timely information and follow-ups to build relationships and close sales

Help book meetings, create proposals and support existing clients

Respond to inbound leads and turn them into enthusiastic customers

Communicate our current and future features effectively

Extra consideration

Extra consideration will be given to candidates who have:

An understanding of digital marketing including pay-per-click advertising, search engine optimization, content creation, email marketing, and analytics.

A knowledge of languages and frameworks HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Angular, Nodejs, C++ and Python.

Experience working in enterprises, call centers, and research teams.

Experience using content creation and management tools like AgoraPulse, Canva, SproutSocial, MailChimp, and ActiveCampaign.

Knowledge of Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads and WordPress.

Builds professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and meetups, researching independently, and establishing personal networks.

An interest in marketing, voice, and technology.

Qualifications:

Experience managing CRM systems like ActiveCampaign, Hubspot, and SalesForce

Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma (preferably in sales, marketing, and business)

Strong project management skills and experience with tools like Toggl, Slack, Evernote, ActiveCampaign, and Trello.

Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) & Google Workspace (Docs, Gmail, Calendar, Sheets etc.

History of creating compelling presentations using tools like Powerpoint and Google Slides.

An understanding of customer personas, the buyer’s journey, and sales pipelines.
