Update Your Custom Fields

Turn On Two-Factor Authentication
- Two-Factor Authentication is now available
- You can use Google Authenticator or another Authenticator
- Speak will ask for the Two-Factor Authentication code every time you log in to protect your account and data

Submit Chat Responses Feedback
- You can now submit your feedback from the Chat History Page
- This helps you to leave feedback quickly
- You can select “Thumbs Up” or “Thumbs Down”

- This feedback is automatically logged in Speak to help make optimizations to the system so that you get better responses!
