Each file type has different uses:
Video File/ MP4:
MP4 is a digital multimedia container format most commonly used to store video and audio, but it can also be used to store other data such as subtitles and still images.
Easily edit using Microsoft Word. A DOC file can contain formatted text, images, tables, graphs, charts, page formatting, and print settings.
Optimized for sharing. A PDF format represents a document independently of the hardware, operating system and application software used to create the original PDF file. It was designed to create transferable documents that can be shared across multiple computer platforms.
TXT files are useful for storing information in plain text with no special formatting beyond basic fonts and font styles.
Used to add subtitles to a video. An SRT file contains the dialog and timing information used to display subtitles on your media player.
Web Video Text Tracks Format (WebVTT) is a format for displaying timed text tracks (such as subtitles or captions) using the <track> element.
